DIRECT SKILLS TRAINING

1:1 Adult Skills Support:

Individualized, one-on-one ABA-based support targeting the skills that matter most in adult life. Whether the goal is greater independence at home, stronger social and communication skills, navigating the community with confidence, building meaningful relationships, preparing for college or post-secondary opportunities, or finding and succeeding in a job — support is tailored to each person's unique goals, strengths, and vision for their life.

CONSULTING & TRAINING

Parent/Caregiver Consulting & Training

Collaborative, evidence-based consulting for the families who support individuals with IDD throughout adulthood. Services are customized to each family's needs and may include training on IDD and best practices, hands-on coaching in strategies that promote independence and self-determination at home and in the community, guidance on navigating available resources and supports, and consultation on planning for the future. Whether you're looking for practical day-to-day strategies or trying to figure out what comes next — these services meet you where you are.

School & Educator Consulting:

Evidence-based consulting and training for the educators and school teams supporting students with IDD on the path to adulthood. Services are customized to each school's or educator's needs and may include IEP and transition plan support, behavior intervention plan (BIP) development, training on IDD and best practices, hands-on coaching in the direct implementation of evidence-based practices, and assessment and report write-ups. Every service is designed to be practical and actionable — equipping educators with the tools and knowledge to make a meaningful difference for the students they serve.

Workforce Consulting & Employer Training

Strategic, data-informed consulting and training for employers who want to build more inclusive, high-performing workplaces. Services include assessment of current hiring and retention practices, customized staff training on IDD and supported employment, job coaching, and ongoing consultation to help organizations effectively recruit, onboard, and develop employees with IDD. Because great talent shouldn't go untapped — and great employers shouldn't have to figure it out alone.

Dr. MacKenzie Zacharias, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA

With more than seven years of experience, Dr. Zacharias has had the privilege of walking alongside individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across the full arc of adulthood in clinical, work, home, community, and school settings. She has partnered with a wide range of people in that journey including individuals with IDD and their families, parents and caregivers, teachers and educators, and the employers who open their doors to underutilized talent. However, across every setting and every relationship, her north star is the same — helping people build lives that are meaningful, connected, and self-determined.

Dr. Zacharias brings together her clinical expertise and lived passion for adult outcomes under one roof. She partners with individuals with IDD, their families, caregivers, educators, and employers to deliver individualized, evidence-based services across the full spectrum of adult life — from building daily living skills and fostering community connections to navigating the world of work. Whether she is supporting a job seeker finding their footing in a new career, a teacher developing strategies to better prepare students for life after graduation, a caregiver learning tools to promote independence at home, or an employer building a more inclusive workplace, Dr. Zacharias brings the same commitment: practical, research-backed support that creates real, lasting change for the people and communities she serves."
